Adam Green

Dr. Adam Green joined the Georgetown faculty in the fall of 2010. Adam's motivating interest is in human creative intelligence and especially in understanding how neural processes constitute our best ideas. Adam’s work includes research on the neuroscience of teaching and learning in real-world educational contexts, as well as research into endogenous neural mechanisms and exogenous neurostimulation that support creative relational reasoning. He is a founder and current President (2019-2021) of The Society for the Neuroscience of Creativity. Adam received a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience from Dartmouth and completed post-doctoral training at Yale.
